1.            To continue to raise standards in LLC for all pupils with a clear focus on developing oracy.    

1.1 To ensure that all pupils make good progress and a “minority” 30% make above expected progress in oracy.   

1.2 To further develop T4W and initiate Voice 21.    

2.  To target 30% of pupils to make above expected progress in key stage two in MD, developing teaching and learning with a focus on more able pupils.  

2.1 To improve quality of teaching from most being good to all good whilst increasing to excellent    

 2.2 To ensure that teaching offers pupils the chance to develop a secure understanding of concepts using manipulatives.   

2.3 To ensure that MAT pupils are tracked accurately and nurtured towards the higher levels in every year group.   

3 To continue to develop our curriculum with a clear focus on supporting pupils to become both independent and achieve the four core purposes. 

3.1 To continue to develop pupils voice to motivate and engage pupils with our curriculum design.   

3.2 To participate in the International Schools project to develop an understanding of the wider world, closely linking with the four core purposes.   

 

3.3. To develop pupils’ resilience, stamina and independence.   

4. To develop all staff as leaders of learning.    

4.1 Improve Quality & effectiveness of SLT and middle leaders (TLR &UPS)  

Establish a strong leadership team to drive forward school improvement.  

4.2 To support all staff to engage with action research to develop learning.   

4.2 maintain improvement in Self Evaluation process and impact of improvement planning   

Ensure that self-evaluation has a clear focus and reflects standards of teaching and learning accurately  

5. To enhance and develop pupils’ digital competence skills to enhance learning and engagement.   

5.1To achieve the 360 safe award, promoting online safety.   

5.2.    To develop digital competence as a key foundation of our curriculum.
